Tolley Dental

After having a fairly traumatic experience from getting my wisdom teeth out 10 years ago, I was recommended Tolley Dental by a friend and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did, every single person that I have come across at their office has been so kind, and I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Ortega! I will definitely never fall behind on dental work again and am so happy that I found a place where I feel comfortable! If you have dental anxiety I would highly recommend going to them for your work.

If anyone is questioning whether to give Tolley Dental a try, stop hesitating! I truly hate going to the dentist and it always gives me such anxiety but friends recommended Tolley Dental so I’d thought I’d give it a try. I am so happy I did. All of their staff are so kind and informative. They make you feel at ease by explaining everything and they do what they can to make you feel comfortable. Both appointments I’ve attended have been the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Everyone was pleasant, efficient and professional. Their equipment is state of the art. Clean bright environment. Was very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Tolley has a great staff all around. Very friendly and understanding. I saw Dr. Westover and her assistant, Melissa. They were both wonderful. They explained step by step the procedure they were performing and checked in with me often to see how I was doing. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Tolley.

They are very nice and efficient.

We did not have a good experience with them. We have dental insurance and they wanted us to pay upfront twice the amount of what it would cost. Then they came up with a plan to “fix” issues. I go to a dentist every 6 months and have never had any of these items come up as an issue. My dentist retired so I’m looking for a new one. I definitely do not recommend Tolley Dentsl unless you like to be taken advantage of.

Walking into Tolley Dental is a refreshing experience. The staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. Samantha (my hygienist) is absolutely wonderful. She is meticulous and displays her care and concern for your oral health in her work. She isn’t satisfied until you are satisfied! Grace was my Invisalign assistant. She provided me with the 2nd half of my treatment package today and demonstrated how to apply the teeth whitening solution to my trays. And Dr. Joy is just wonderful. We discussed the options of a bridge versus an implant and what would be best for my long term oral health. I love coming to Tolley Dental. If you haven’t switched, ask yourself why…and then come see what they are all about. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Tolley Dental. Dr. Mitra Westover and her assistant Melissa did my dental work and they were kind, patient, gentle and very knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found my forever dentist.

Loved this dental office! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years and was worried I’d be lectured. Not here! The staff were all so welcoming and personable. They did a thorough exam and cleaning, Dr. Westover was kind and informative. Will definitely be using them for my future dental needs.

I only had my teeth cleaned today but it was an awesome experience. My concerns are always addressed in a positive way. I never feel like I am being chastised for the issues I have with my teeth. It's an amazing atmosphere.

Emily Longerbeam provides excellent dental hygiene procedures and provides information and suggestions for my maintenance of healthy teeth.

All were very professional and carrying about my comfort during my procedure. Everything went very smoothly for cleaning, inspection and found old fillings that cracked the tooth. The teeth will need to be repaired and new crowns. Thank you all.

I had fantastic customer service from the first call to make an appointment. My appointment was on time, everyone from the front office staff to my hygienist to the dentist were delightful. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything. Fantastic experience. This is my whole family’s new dentist.

Great Dental Practice.

My care at this practice has been exceptional. I absolutely love Dr. Mitra Westover. She is personable, as well as professional and does wonderful work. Highly recommend this practice.

I appreciate the supportive help that Dr. Tolley and Dr. Ortega gave to me when I visited their office today. I've been having a problem chewing with my denture and Dr. Tolley answered my questions and explained the reasons for my problems. I am glad I sought out their expertise.

My first visit and I was so impressed with Kristin, my hygienist, who patiently and knowledgeably answered my many questions. Dr. Joy was thorough and took the time to explain exactly what she was doing. They even fit me in next wee for follow up work and checked with my insurance for me so there will be no surprises! 5 Stars!!!

Positive experience, very professional.

Had a tooth ache from hell for about a week and a half. Tolley offered emergency appointments so I made one, ended up making it for the wrong day. Called to reschedule and luckily they had a spot open that day! Whole experience over all was amazing. The staff listened to my complaints and moans and didn’t just stop when they didn’t find anything. Dr. Ortega looked around my mouth and found a cavity in my wisdom tooth and instead of giving me a referral for surgery she went and asked if Dr. Tolley was available to extract it. After he checked me out he said it was doable same day and worked his magic. No more tooth pain, I scheduled a new patient appointment and my wife got one as well. Very pleased with the service, communication, and listening skills they have here. Melissa was also just as wonderful and while helping with the extraction showed me the condition the tooth was in and explained what was going on. If you need a dentist I can’t recommend Tolley dental enough, Dr. Tolley could’ve just said he was busy and sent me on my way but he didn’t. He was even showing other dentists different techniques for extraction and was very clear and concise on what he was doing. 10 out of 10 experience.

Got me in quickly for a sore tooth.

Dr. Tolley and his team were fantastic! I came in to discuss a plan for a better smile and decided on Invisalign for large gaps. Before starting, I needed major dental work, including a tooth extraction, bone graft, three cavity fillings, and two crowns. Dr. Tolley handled everything with precision and care, making the process smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional, kind, and informative. I’ll be back soon for my permanent crowns and Invisalign, and I’m confident I’m in great hands. Highly recommend Tolley Dental Winchester!

First time at the practice had the best experience. The most thorough and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. The hygienist was explained everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The office is also very nice and clean. I made an appointment for my husband to go as well!

Best dental practice in Winchester!

Not sure how to put it in words, but its an inward tuition good feeling. Everyone there are so nice, and they answer any questions and are very informal on all you like to know.

Had a fantastic experience!! Dr Westover & Samantha Smith were my providers. They both were very knowledgeable & caring. Took time to answer all my questions & explain all of the care they were providing for me during my exam.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Christin Yokiel RDH and Franita Joy DDS took their time explaining everything they were doing and what they found so I could understand completely. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out.

My hygienist, Emily, was friendly and thorough, and let me know what she was doing before she did it. In fact, the cleaning of my teeth/gums felt like a gentle massage. she informed me that x-rays and fluoride treatment were covered with my insurance to put me at rest, before I even asked. Then Dentist Dr. Joy came in and after introducing herself asked if I had any questions before she did her check up. Then she looked over the 360 that Emily had done and showed me on the screen the condition of my teeth and gums and what she recommended. All in all a very good experience and I will definitely ask for Emily and Dr. Joy again. The office staff is very friendly and thorough!

Tolley Dental has gone above and beyond to take me in as a patient and help with my dental emergency recently. Dr. Tolley has had great communication and works so hard to give the best results. He took his time, made me feel comfortable when dental experiences can be very stressful at times, and explained everything very well along with answered all my questions. The office staff were very nice and responsive. All around amazing office! I will most definitely be coming here for all my dental needs.

Switched my kids over to start seeing Dr Mitra Westover and wish I would have done so sooner. We had amazing visits with her and hygienist April. Most thorough dental visit my 12yo has ever had. Melissa helped with a small filling for my 8yo and they used distraction techniques to keep him occupied, without me even asking. They were quick and efficient with him. Dr Mitra Westover is compassionate, gentle and friendly the kids, and an excellent clinician. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Husband needed teeth pulled in a hurry. He had issues the previous night, we called the next morning and they saw him that same day. Polite, curtious, very accommodating. Two thumbs up.

I have been a Tolley Dental patient in Woodstock for years and can say (as a retired health worker) that their care and professionalism is outstanding! I can highly recommend them without reservation. Dr. Smith and all the staff are truly wonderful! On a side note, they just moved their office and it is state of the art. When I mentioned that I liked their audio system in the old office, I received a call from Dr. Ben Tolley himself to tell me that I could remove it, gratis. Thanks you, Dr. Tolley, it sounds Great!

Dr. Westover is absolutely incredible! She was patient, thorough, assured that I knew step by step the process of her every move and her assistant did the same. The staff is the most pleasant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Being in the medical field myself my experience was incredible and if only every dental/medical facility operated with such kindness, smiles and the overwhelming feeling of welcoming and reassurance, many people would change their minds on taking their health serious. 5 stars doesn’t even sound right as they deserve the best of the best.

The staff was very friendly. Jaime was great and made me feel at ease. Dr Tolley was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. The staff seems very interested in making your experience relaxing and stress free. I have anxiety when visiting the dentist. Since I have started going to Tolley Dental I do not feel this. This is a caring and friendly practice. If you are in need of exception care. Tolley Dental is the place to go. 5 stars is not high enough for them. I would also like to add I had to have a lot of work redone. Dr Mitra Westover is amazing. Her kind manner and attention to detail is amazing the work she has done has not only made me feel better it is absolutely top quality. Her attention to detail stands above the all others. I do not want to leave out her assistant Melissa. She is great. You feel like you are going to visit a friend. The office atmosphere is very welcoming. Not to mention Sharon who does the cleaning will put the polish on it all.

La clínica está muy ordenada, todas las personas que trabajan son amables y amigables y lo mejor de todo que todo fue en español ya que ellos cuentan con personal que hablan los dos idiomas y eso me hizo sentirme confiable. Desde el momento que entré hasta el fin de la cita se siente la unidad de todos los trabajadores y doctores. La doctora Ortega fue muy amable en atenderme. Ella fue paciente y me dejó saber todo lo que iba a necesitar. Y Samantha la higienista me dejó saber paso por paso lo que ella aria durante todo el proceso. Ella fue muy paciente conmigo y hizo un buen trabajo en mi limpieza. Es una de las mejores clínicas dental en la área de Winchester. Yo recomiendo esta clínica 100%.

Dr. Tolley is the best. He is a perfectionist and cares about what is best for his patients. He listens and awnsers all your questions . He is an excellent Dentist.
